DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
1. Careers rarely move in a straight line. There are moments—a layoff, a bad boss, a personal crisis—where everything shifts. Sometimes we pivot by choice, sometimes by force. Either way, those moments leave a mark. What was a turning point in your work life, and how did it reshape your direction or mindset?
2. Rock bottom has many forms—addiction, financial failure, shame, self-sabotage. Some people hit that point quietly, others very publicly. But for those who come out the other side, the story becomes more than just survival—it becomes fuel. What’s a part of your story that once felt like failure but now serves as a source of power or clarity?
3. No one gets here alone. For some of us, a mentor pulled us from the edge, opened a door, or gave language to our potential before we could see it ourselves. But too many people still navigate alone—especially those who don't fit the mold. Who changed your trajectory by believing in you—and how are you making space for others to rise?
